Important Information & Safety Advice for all our Festival Patrons.

Linenfields Festival can accommodate up to 1000+ vehicles. Although our stewards will assist and monitor the Car Park, you should be aware that vehicle owners park at their own risk and we recommend that you remove all valuables from your car. Disabled parking will be annotated – please make yourself known to our car parking stewards upon arrival.

Alcohol is available to purchase at Linenfields Festival. Those who try to enter the festival with their own alcoholic beverages shall have them confiscated at the entrance gate. Similarly, those who appear intoxicated will be refused entry.

Linefields festival is a family event and the sale of alcohol will be closely monitored – you must be over 18 to purchase alcohol and photographic ID may be requested. For the safety and enjoyment of all, the Linenfields Festival management, have the right to exclude those who are disruptive and overly intoxicated.

The management of Linenfields festival do not condone the use of illegal substances. Should you be found to be in possession of illegal substances you will be reported to the PSNI.

Linenfields Festival will not provide crèche facilities; therefore it is the parents or guardians responsibility to supervise children at all times.

Please be aware that a deep and fast flowing river runs alongside the event location; please advise your children to stay away from the river banks.

Please advise your child to ask for help from a member of the PSNI, a festival steward or to go to an information point or entrance gate to find a member of staff for assistance, in the event that should you be separated from them. We also recommend that you write your mobile number on your child’s arm, so you can be quickly and easily contacted.

Any child who is lost will be taken to the Linenfields Festival Information Point, so please go there, should you lose your child.

Unfortunately pets / animals are not allowed at the Linenfields Festival. We must ensure the Festival is an enjoyable experience for all our visitors and due to the setting, dogs will not be permitted on site, except for assistance dogs.

For the safety of all those who will be attending the Linenfields Festival the following items will not be permitted:

  • Fireworks
  • Glass
  • Offensive style weapons such as knives of any kind including multi tools
  • Chinese style lanterns
  • Air Horns

We also recommend not bringing valuables and please be aware of your personal security – gentlemen should keep their wallet in a secure pocket and ladies should ensure that bags are secured at all times.

*Please Note: flickering and/or strobe lighting may be used on the main stage – please take the appropriate precautions should you be photosensitive or suffer from seizures. Upon entrance to the festival please make yourself aware of the location of First Aid points.

The Linenfields Festival Management welcomes all disabled customers and we are committed to making your festival experience an enjoyable one.

However, due to the location, some of the festival activities can only be accessed via grass and/or hilly ground. We recommend that you contact us prior to your visit to discuss your options.

Linenfields Festival is located in a rural location, beside the River Bann and you can expect to walk from your vehicle to the festival facilities and main stage.

Please be aware that the ground may be uneven in places. For your comfort and safety we recommend that you wear flat shoes and bring waterproof clothing.

For the elderly, injured and pregnant folk – please identify yourself at the festival entrance should you require the use of the disabled facilities.
